Flatiron Capital Management is a real estate investment and operating company. Flatiron seeks to acquire and manage core, value-add and opportunistic real estate in high growth markets across the United States. The company was founded in 2021 by Matthew Levy and is based in New York City.

Matthew has over ten years of experience in real estate private equity and development. He has invested in industrial, residential, office and retail assets in various US markets. His experience includes direct and joint venture equity investments as well as high-yield debt origination.

Prior to Flatiron, Matthew was Vice President of Investments at Innovo Property Group, a New York City focused real estate investment and development firm. He was Innovo’s first employee and responsible for acquisitions, asset management and corporate strategy. Prior to Innovo, Matthew was an Associate at the Praedium Group, a national real estate private equity firm. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group at Barclays. Matthew graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
